Nice going

126 emails received between 9am and 6pm today. That’s work emails only, haven’t counted personal, and NOT including SPAM or junk.

I’m not sure if this is a lot or not as I have no source for comparison, it just felt like a lot today. So I’m going to do another count soon to see if email is taking over my life, as I suspect.

On hold…

Have nothing of substance to post… just wanted to take the opportunity while listening to this dull hold music..the Wednesday night APAC call is delayed thanks to a fire drill in Sydney, which reminds me – we haven’t had a fire drill in a while, not complaining.

Surely you can customise the hold music on this thing?! Maybe I should RTFM…

Gotta love Mondays

After a great weekend I looked in my wallet this morning to discover my credit card is missing. It’s my Visa card, not Amex, which is a real pain in the ass!! The bank tells me the last transaction was made at the Wax bar on Friday night, so that’s reassuring since I vaguely remember being there

Hopefully it will turn up at home somewhere… maybe under that pile of un-opened post.

Momentum

In a pathetic attempt to get some momentum going, I’m reluctantly making a 2nd post. If this was as habit forming as Facebook I could understand the attraction but right now I’m struggling. (note to self: remember to finish writing ‘How Facebook Ruined My Life’).

It’s Sunday, the clocks have gone back, and it’s raining (no surprise there). I had some plans for how I’d spend that extra hour but I think I accidentally slept through it.
